Top Real Estate Producers Guide

Top Real Estate Producers

Navigating the real estate market can feel like finding your way through a maze, which is why choosing a knowledgeable real estate professional can be crucial. To help readers planning to buy or sell a home, SLM teamed up with research firm MESJ to create a directory of real estate agents who produced among the highest sales volumes in St. Louis. These professionals can help you across the complicated landscape and, ultimately, find a home. See the bottom of this page for FAQs, including an explanation of the selection process.

Note: This list has been updated from an earlier version to include qualifying agents from Lou Realty Group.

How was the list created? Earlier this year, with the help of research firm MESJ, SLM posted its Top Real Estate Producers form online and sent the link to dozens of real estate brokerages across the St. Louis metropolitan area. Any brokerage with agents who sell homes in the metro area could submit nominations. The survey asked brokerage administrators to provide sales volume data for both individual agents and teams. A team is considered two or more licensed professionals working together as one entity; agents could not be nominated as individuals and as part of a team. Teams may be considered small (2-5 members), medium (6-10 members), large (11-20 members), or mega (21+).

What qualifies someone to be a Top Real Estate Producer? To make the list, an individual real estate agent must have sold more than $5 million in 2022, and a team must have sold more than $10 million during that timeframe. Agents must also have an active license and be in good standing, without any recent disciplinary actions.

Are agents able to pay to be on the list? No. Inclusion on the Top Producers list is in no way dependent upon the decision to advertise. Sometimes agents and brokerages decide to advertise; however, advertising is not taken into consideration when compiling the list.

I’m an agent, but my brokerage didn’t receive or reply to the survey. How do we participate? Please visit for additional information.
