Forest & Meadow Herb Shop and Clinic
Owner Amanda Jokerst opened this local shop with the goal of helping St. Louisans feel great. Forest & Meadow, which operates in equal parts as an herbal apothecary and wellness clinic, offers scores of products, like teas, shrubs, bitters, and more, curated to appeal to those eager to be their best.
The Chaga Chai is one of Forest & Meadow’s most popular tea blends this time of year. It’s an herbal, caffeine-free blend that includes immune-boosting herbs such as Astragalus and Chaga, along with classic chai spices.
“We also offer a lot of different herbal shrubs; great for mixing with sparkling water for a botanical mocktail or using in your favorite cocktail recipes,” Jokerst says.
