Life Time, a company with 144 healthy living resorts across the U.S. and Canada, is opening its second Missouri location in Frontenac. The 125,000-square-foot club is slated to open in November. There is currently a West County/Chesterfield location, at 3058 Clarkson in Ellisville; in a press release, Life Time Frontenac general manager Sebastian Cender said the expansion was in part inspired by the dedication of the West County members.
The new location will include a 50,000-square-foot pool deck, fitness studios, and cardiovascular and resistance training equipment. Guests will be able to play basketball on two full-size courts with leagues and skill training, swim at an indoor and outdoor aquatic center that features lap and leisure pools, and enjoy resort-like seating at the bistro cafe. Or consider the options to relax: a full-service salon and spa, steam rooms, whirlpools, and saunas. Children can head to the Kids Academy, which will include tumbling, movement, language, and learning classes.

Potential members can visit a preview center at Plaza Frontenac to learn more about the new resort's amenities. The preview center is open seven days a week, 10 a.m.–9 p.m. Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Saturday, and 12 p.m.–6 p.m. Sunday. Executive Founding memberships—which include a discounted joining fee, a complimentary session with a personal trainer, and other benefits—are available until August 31.
