Gateway Grizzlies Easter Egg Hunt | April 4
Take your kids ages 1–12 to the ballpark for a massive egg hunt. Tickets will include a meet-and-greet with Izzy and the Easter Bunny, a photo opportunity, mystery prizes in each age group, face painting, a balloon artist, and inflatables. Tickets are $11.50. Magic House Bunny Hop | March 27-29
Visit The Magic House for an egg hunt in the Outdoor Play Garden, take a photo with the bunny, create spring-inspired crafts, enjoy a sweet treat, and explore the entire museum at this after-hours event. $25 nonmembers, $20 members. 5:30–8 p.m. 516 S. Kirkwood.
Eggstravaganza | March 28
Edwardsville Children’s Museum’s annual egg hunt supports multiple local businesses in town. Participants can pick up their egg carton from Dieterich Bank and “hop” to local businesses around the GlenEd area to fill it. On your bunny trail, don’t miss pictures with the Easter bunny himself at Nickel Plate Station. Each stop will host kid-friendly activities for hunters. $5 per child. 9 a.m.–noon. 610 Troy, Edwardsville.
2026 Easter Egg Hunt | March 28
The City of Lake Saint Louis brings the long-standing tradition of the annual Easter Egg Hunt! The Parks and Recreation Department along with 2026 sponsors have teamed up to include the following activities such as balloon artists, bounce houses, and pony rides. With thousands of eggs, one Easter Bunny and one Billiken, Saint Louis University’s Easter Egg Hunt is one of the most colorful seasonal events for alumni and families! 11 a.m.–1 p.m. 1 N Grand.
Egg Hunt at Queeny Park | April 4

Bunny Hutch at Oakland House | March 21–22, March 25–26, March 28–29
Come enjoy the beautiful scenery at Oakland House with an Easter egg hunt outside (weather permitting) and activities from a puppet show to storytime to a chance to pet a live bunny. Each child will also have the opportunity to participate in Easter crafts, make a goodie bag, and get a coloring book–and, of course, pictures with the Easter Bunny. $7 per person. Bunny Brunch and Egg Hunt at Grant’s Farm | March 27–29, April 3-5
Treat your family to a unique holiday experience with this Easter brunch buffet, with favorites like scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, beef brisket, mac ‘n’ cheese, and doughnut holes in the Carriage Haus. Hunt for eggs on the Busch family estate, and meet some favorite Grant’s Farm animals with the Easter Bunny in toe! $41 for adults, $31 for kids 3–12, free for kids under 3. Bunny at the Barracks | March 28
Children ages 1–11 can hunt for eggs at the historical Jefferson Barracks, as well as participate in face painting and other activities. The event will include a demonstration of how to use natural dyes and foods to color eggs, to be seen near the Laborers’ House on site. $10 per child. Egg Hunt at Frankie Martin’s Garden | March 28
This community-wide Easter egg hunt is a free ticketed event for children 12 and under. The event includes hunts for children in different age groups, food trucks and photos with the Easter Bunny. 10 a.m.–11 a.m. 5372 St Charles, Cottleville.
City Museum Easter Weekend | April 3-4
The City Museum’s Easter festivities include a photo scavenger hunt, which kids can complete for a little treat, and other Easter-themed activities in Art City. Bunny Breakfasts
Breakfast with the Easter Bunny | March 21

Breakfast with the Bunny at Edison’s Entertainment Complex | March 28
This breakfast buffet has it all—pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage, and more. The fun-filled morning won’t end there with an all-access pass included for bowling, laser tag, and the arcade.
