Take your family to historic Main Street in St. Charles this winter to rub elbows with Christmas legends Kris Kringle, Jack Frost, and more. The annual festival has been spreading holiday cheer for 45 years and includes Santa-led parades, festive caroling, sugarplum fairy dance parties, and candlelight storytelling. Welcome Santa and Mrs. Claus as they parade into town with the Lewis & Clark Fife and Drum Corps at 11 a.m. on November 29. Stick around for the official tree lighting at 5 p.m. and enjoy a complimentary cup of piping-hot wassail. All events are free except for Thursday- night Yuletide Dinners ($30 for adults, $18 for kids under 10) and Breakfast With Santa ($15 per person). Click here for event details.
