Guests joined us on Saturday, April 6 at the Danforth Plant Science Center for a group mentoring session lead by leaders in the industry including Maxine Clark, founder and creator of Build-A-Bear Workshop; Talia Goldfarb, creator of Myself Belts and former Shark Tank winner (Daymond John mentee); Kara Newmark, founder and president of Sweetology; The Siwak kids of Knead Love Bakeshop, and Audrey and Ava of Sissy+Snap. Guests enjoyed breakfast while listening to these leaders discuss their “why” and how they started their own businesses. After the discussion, there was a Q&A to ask the entrepreneurs questions on their journeys.
