- 1/2 cup crunchy chickpeas, rough chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh fennel fronds, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. fennel stem, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chopped sage
- 4 Tbsp. olive oil
- Zest of half a lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
