Flower Power | Frazer’s
For the adventurous at heart, the Flower Power lives up to its name. The cocktail is a blend of pear, thyme, and vanilla liqueurs with fresh citrus. A bit of champagne is poured on the side. While it’s delicious on its own, it’s the addition of the Buzz Flower (an edible flower that creates a numbing/tingling on your palate and can cause sweet things to taste sour and sour things to taste sweet) that puts it over the top. 1811 Pestalozzi.
Milano Spritz | Aperi

Reverse Manhattan | Off Elm
A Reverse Manhattan is exactly what it sounds like: Whereas a traditional Manhattan has a ratio of 2 whiskey:1 vermouth:2 bitters, a Reverse Manhattan is 2 vermouth: 1 whiskey:2 bitters. Off Elm uses a house blend of single-barrel whiskeys and a house blend of rouge vermouths to create a memorable take on the classic low-ABV cocktail. 8709 Big Bend.
Black Currant Spritz | Bistro La Floraison
The base for this spritz is a French aperitif named Byrrh, as in “beer.” At 17 percent ABV, it has a rich herbaceousness with notes of big bold deep red fruits. Those fruitier notes pair deliciously with cassis or black currants (similar to blackberries but slightly more bitter), grapefruit to cut some of the sweetness, and bubbles to add a bit of fresh effervescence. 7637 Wydown.
