If you haven’t already made plans for Cinco de Mayo, it’s not too late. There are a number of places to celebrate beyond the usual suspects, such as Hacienda in Rock Hill (offering margaritas and drink specials from 11 a.m.–10 p.m.), Rosalita’s Cantina downtown and in Des Peres (where to-go orders are available if you can’t find a spot on the patios or inside), Amigo Joe’s on The Hill (with drink specials all day, as well as live music from 6–10 p.m.), Mission Taco Joint, and Chevy’s Fresh Mex (with taco specials and a live mariachi band from 4–6 p.m.). Here are five other spots to toast on May 5.
1. St. Louis Union Station: The Cinco De Mayo Fiesta includes a sampling of new Anheuser-Busch products inside the historic train cars, a ride on the St. Louis Wheel, and 18 holes of miniature golf, as well as Cinco de Mayo themes, games, retail items, and photo opps. Afterward, the Train Shed will offer 20 percent off food and drink to ticketed guests. (This event is for guests 21 or older.) Tickets are $35 per person, and the event runs from 5–8 p.m.

2. Lucha Authentic Mexican Food: At this Grand Center spot, you can order street tacos for $2 or three-piece flautas locas (served in a bowl with salad and green salsa for $4, as well specials on margaritas, cantarito cocktails, and beers.
3. El Burro Loco: The vibrant restaurant, with locations in the Central West End and downtown, will offer free tequila samples, as well as specials all day.
4. Malinche: At the Ellisville restaurant, you can order a five-course meal and two hand crafted cocktails for $85 per person. Four seatings available.
5. El Paisano Mexican Restaurant: The South City restaurant is offering specials on shots, margarita pitchers, and beer buckets.
