Contruction started in April and is estimated to be completed in November, visual manager Krista Carson told the St. Louis Business Journal.
Some of the improvements include a new, polished concrete floor with an industrial feel, new fixtures, lighting, area rugs, and mannequins. Carson added that the the renovation will make the floor feel very modern and museum-like.
West County Center is also experiencing changes in other areas of the mall, with new additions such as Banana Republic and Gap (pictured) opening earlier this month in spaces formerly occupied by New York & Company and The Children’s Place, Chipotle coming to the food court earlier this year, and locally owned fashion boutique Geranium, Jamba Juice, The Art of Shaving, and Michael Kors opening last year.
