Last night, The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon featured a musical performance celebrating one of St. Louis’ greatest icons—the late rock and roll legend Chuck Berry.
Berry’s son, Charles Berry Jr. and his grandson, Charles Berry III, played guitar alongside Nathaniel Rateliff. Charles Berry III sported a Cardinals hat as they performed “Big Boys” from CHUCK, Berry’s final studio album.

CHUCK, the musicians’ first album released in 38 years, has been highly praised by The New Yorker, Rolling Stone, and more. A review from The New Yorker states, “After all those years of duck-walking, crisscrossing the United States on tour, and giving his disciples and imitators hell, the man still had it.” The album is available now via Dualtone Records.
