I’m proud that our firm rose to the occasion—supporting our people, staying close to our clients, and growing both our headcount and our business during a time of great uncertainty.

What’s a risk you took in business that didn’t pan out—but taught you something valuable? In my experience, unsuccessful ventures often stemmed from a lack of full commitment. I’ve learned that true success requires unwavering focus and dedication. Without that, even a promising idea may fall short.
