Were you at the Enterprise Center for the May 7 Blues game in which the hockey team won in double overtime against the Dallas Stars? Did you see a—we’re just taking a stab here—very inebriated person lugging around a 5-foot-tall statue of one Jasper Newton “Jack” Daniel? If so, get in touch with the Blues because the statue at the Jack Daniel’s Barrel House Bar at Enterprise Center is missing, and they’d like it back, please.
Details are scarce, but the hockey team posted on Tuesday that the distiller’s likeness went MIA sometime before that Game 7 win. “The Barrel House Bar is incomplete without the man himself, and we need him back for the Western Conference Final,” the Blues wrote on the team’s website. “The ‘Spirit of Lynchburg’ has been with us throughout the year, and we need our fans—and Mr. Jack—to remain firmly in our corner as we continue this quest for victory!”

If you find him, or maybe if you woke up the day after that win with a bad hangover and a big golden statue of a mustachioed Tennessean you don’t remember taking to bed, return him to the Blues for a bottle of Gentleman Jack (which retails for around $26) and a team-autographed jersey (priceless, our best guess)—no questions asked.
