No Kings rally draws big crowd to downtown St. Louis

A “No Kings Day” rally drew 1,000 or more anti-Trump protesters to downtown St. Louis on Saturday, while other protests lined the streets of St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and more.

The Downtown West event began around 1 p.m., with attendees gathering across multiple blocks near Union Station and surrounding streets under blue skies. “We the people say no ICE, no kings, no war,” one banner announced. Another explained that “regime change starts at home,”

Speakers addressed the crowd throughout the afternoon, including former U.S. Rep. Cori Bush (D-St. Louis), state Representative Ray Reed (D-Brentwood), and activist Maxi Glamour. Their remarks prompted chants and applause.

Following the initial gathering, participants marched east along Market Street, continuing past Busch Stadium before looping back toward Union Station, where the event originated.
