Single? Consider meeting a mate at the annual St. Louis Scottish Games and Cultural Festival, set for September 25 and 26 in Chesterfield. Imagine the possibilities: having someone to play the bagpipes at parties, having someone capable of flinging a 22-pound weight clear across a field to do your yard work, having someone used to eating haggis to compliment your cooking. The only downside: cleaning that kilt. As part of this year’s event, for the first time ever, St. Louis will host the Masters World Championships, attracting more than 150 top Scottish athletes from around the globe. Don’t miss your chance at bangers and matrimony.
