How to make the Chocolate Peanut Butter and Banana smoothie from UKRAFT

Make this tasty sipper with ingredients you may already have at home.

With Memorial Day weekend—the unofficial start of summer—behind us, now is the time to make cool, refreshing (and healthy!) drinks at home. Matt Ratz, who co-founded UKRAFT with this brother, Mike, shares the recipe for this frosty treat, which he says is the restaurant’s best-selling menu item.


Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of 1st Phorm Level 1 Chocolate Protein
  • 4 tablespoons of oats
  • 2 ounces of peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of ice

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in a blender and process until it is mixed to your liking. Pour and serve.
  • Chef’s note: If you need your greens, add a 1/2 cup of spinach. “We promise you won’t even taste it,” Ratz says. Or, if you’d like to make it a little more chocolatey, add a teaspoon of dark cocoa. The choice is up to you.
