With Memorial Day weekend—the unofficial start of summer—behind us, now is the time to make cool, refreshing (and healthy!) drinks at home. Matt Ratz, who co-founded UKRAFT with this brother, Mike, shares the recipe for this frosty treat, which he says is the restaurant’s best-selling menu item.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of 1st Phorm Level 1 Chocolate Protein
- 4 tablespoons of oats
- 2 ounces of peanut butter
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup of almond milk
- 1 1/2 cups of ice
Instructions
- Place ingredients in a blender and process until it is mixed to your liking. Pour and serve.
- Chef’s note: If you need your greens, add a 1/2 cup of spinach. “We promise you won’t even taste it,” Ratz says. Or, if you’d like to make it a little more chocolatey, add a teaspoon of dark cocoa. The choice is up to you.
