Union Station is playing host to a special set of pups for the rest of the summer as the Purina Incredible Dog Team joins the venue for a summer residency.
The residency comes after a monthslong break for the team following damage to its regular stomping grounds. Purina Farms Visitor Center in Franklin County has remained temporarily closed since it sustained damage due to the March 14 EF-2 tornado.

“While the Purina Farms Visitor Center remains temporarily closed, we understand that our community is eager to see us,” Eric Willis, Chief Marketing Officer at Purina, said in a news release.

The team is scheduled to take the stage for free performances at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from July 17 through September 28. Shows will take place at Union Station’s Purina Performance Plaza, located just steps away from the St. Louis Wheel and the St. Louis Aquarium.

Visitors can expect a spectacle from the team, which is composed of 20 gifted rescue and pure-bred dogs accompanied by two trainers. Some of the feats put on display include a dog high jump, a speed agility course, and fetch with flying discs.
Representatives of Union Station expressed excitement at both continuing their relationship with Purina and adding yet another family-friendly attraction to the rapidly developing entertainment space.
“We are thrilled to be the summer 2025 home of the Purina Incredible Dog Team,” Cameron Schoeffel, Union Station’s Director of Entertainment Sales, said in the release. “Union Station’s Purina Performance Plaza is the perfect space for these amazing dogs and their talented trainers to showcase the team’s athletic abilities and reconnect with their adoring fans.”
Performance times are subject to change depending on weather, so visitors are encouraged to check Purina Farms’ website or social media pages before heading downtown.
