The 20th anniversary of 314 Day promises to be bigger and better than ever—and the celebration has already started.

314 Day happens on March 14, but festivities kicked off on March 5 at the Missouri History Museum with an event featuring classic dishes like toasted ravioli and sliders from Amighetti’s, desserts from Hank’s Cheesecakes, and opportunities to connect with local nonprofits, influencers, and artists including Natashna Anderson, who won the design contest for the official 314 Day artwork.
Visitors could also hit up the museum’s gift shop for locally made items and tour STL-themed displays such as Collected, which brings the region’s history to life one everyday item at a time, and the newly launched exhibit Made in St. Louis, which highlights food, clothes, tools, and other noteworthy products that originated here.
Looking for an event or activity to show your own love for The Lou? The STLMade initiative has compiled a community-sourced 314 Day calendar across categories ranging from youth to music and performing arts to shopping. Here are some highlights.
