A new year brings a fresh start, and there’s no better way to start 2020 than a refreshing smoothie bowl packed with nutrients. I make a large batch to enjoy right away and pack a mason jar in the refrigerator for the next morning. Just shake up before drinking. To make frozen bananas easily accessible, chop ripe bananas and store in the freezer until ready to use.
