Classic Italian food and a lively patio scene are two hallmarks of the Napoli Group restaurants. Now, the restaurant group is planning to up the ante for the latter with a second location of Napoli Bros. Pizza and Pasta, slated to open at Oasis at Lakeport at the Lake of the Ozarks in spring 2026. Here’s what to know before you go.
The Concept
When the Pietoso family conceived Napoli Bros. Pizza and Pasta, a new concept focusing on coal-fired pizza, part of the plan was to locate the restaurant in unique, high-traffic venues. It was the first restaurant, for instance, to sign on at The Hub at The District in Chesterfield.

The family was immediately drawn to the Oasis at Lakeport project, a forthcoming theme park and convention complex located high on a hill in Osage Beach, says co-owner Kye Pietoso, because it would be a great place for a casual pizza and pasta restaurant.
The restaurant will sit at the base of a 200-foot observation wheel—identical in design and height to the one at St. Louis’ Union Station—and adjacent to an 8,000-square-foot arcade. “If you’re us, it’s where you’d want to be,” says Pietoso.
The 4,755-square-foot venue will feature the same coal-fired pizzas and pastas as the Chesterfield location, along with Lake of the Ozarks-specific menu items. A small team of the current staff plans to relocate to help open the new spot, which Pietoso calls “both a necessity and a comfort.”
Unlike many seasonal Lake of the Ozarks-area businesses, both the restaurant and the surrounding theme park will operate year-round. Guests can expect the same beloved “Bros pizzas” and pastas, with added ambiance. “This time we’re on a hilltop with a patio that has a commanding view of the lake,” Pietoso says. “It’s going to be pretty spectacular.”
The restaurant is slated to open in April 2026.
The Development
The Oasis at Lakeport is being spearheaded by Des Peres-based SkyView Partners, an entertainment-focused developer behind attractions in Atlanta and San Francisco. Partnering with two St. Louis-based developers—Tegethoff Development and Brinkmann Constructors—the project was first proposed to Osage Beach officials in October 2022.
Spanning 25 acres, the destination will feature amusement rides, restaurants, arcade, a Marriott Resort and Conference Center, indoor waterpark, structured parking, and 200 boat slips. The amusement park is expected to debut in summer 2026. The 401 room Marriott, convention center, and 60,000 square foot indoor waterpark are anticipated to open the first quarter of 2027.
Todd Schneider, managing partner at SkyView Partners, says that “Napoli Bros. brings the perfect blend of quality and energy to Oasis. SkyView Partners is proud to partner with them as we elevate the Lake into a premier destination.”
Pietoso sees strong potential in the site’s blend of entertainment and business appeal. “The lake used to be convention central, with places like the Lodge of the Four Seasons and Tan-Tar-A,” he says. “Much of that shifted to Branson over time, but now the new Marriott is reportedly booking conventions two years out. The demand is clearly there.”
Future Plans
Pietoso says that the Napoli Bros. flagship has doubled its projected original volume and that the Napoli café in Kirkwood is above projections as well, so the family is weighing future expansions. Asked which might be the frontrunner, Pietoso says, “We keep going back and forth, so I guess the answer is ‘both,’ depending on the market,” Pietoso says.
He notes that the team has embraced the opportunity to evolve. “We’ve been good at what we’ve done for 30 years, but in the past year or two, we’ve had fun changing the formula. It’s become a ‘now what do we do?’ thing. I do know that going forward, pizza will remain a key offering. That decision has worked out well.”
