One of The Cheshire’s acclaimed restaurants has a stocked buffet planned for Easter. Munch on chilled shrimp and hot cross buns before dining on such choices as leg of lamb, wood-grilled salmon with lemon caper butter, and Belgian waffles with maple syrup. Celebrate further with strawberry cheesecake or gooey butter cake for dessert. 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

The Chase Park Plaza Royal Sonesta Hotel (Starlight Room)

The Central West End hotel is putting on an Easter buffet inside its Starlight Room overlooking Forest Park. The brunch includes stations for seafood, charcuterie, salad, fresh fruit, breakfast specials, pastries, and desserts—plus, a mimosa bar for the adults.

Cielo at the Four Seasons

Patrons can choose from such buffet stations as made-to-order seafood ravioli, prime rib, and a raw seafood bar. For dessert, indulge in assorted mini meringues and an interactive gelato station, where guests can watch hydrogen gelato be made. 10 a.m.–3 p.m.

Cork & Barrel

This St. Peter’s restaurant will serve up deviled eggs, chicken salad–filled Roma tomatoes, raw oysters, shrimp and grits, assorted quiche, and more for its Easter brunch from 10 a.m.–3 p.m. Gluten-free and vegetarian options are also available.

EdgeWild Restaurant & Winery

At EdgeWild’s Easter buffet, expect a carving station with prime rib and turkey, a fully loaded omelet bar, a chilled seafood bar, and breakfast stations with plenty of favorites like biscuits and gravy, waffles, and roasted potatoes. 10 a.m.–5 p.m.

Fleming’s

Guests can enjoy a three-course prix fixe menu with such choices as lobster bisque or house-made burrata salad and cinnamon apple brioche French toast or Fleming’s signature eggs Benedict. There’s also a fun children’s prix fixe menu planned for the little ones.

The buffet goodness continues at Herbie’s in downtown Clayton. Feast on bagels with lox, assorted salads, French toast, eggs Benedict, chicken piccata, made-to-order omelets, waffles, donuts, bread pudding, cheesecake balls, and more.

Highway 61 Roadhouse

The popular Webster Groves joint will serve up plenty of comfort brunch food, including bread pudding, pork sausage, beignets, cream corn soufflé, and fried chicken—plus, made-to-order pancakes and omelets. For an extra $4, you can even build your own Bloody Mary. The festivities begin at 9 a.m., with the last seating at 2 p.m.

Moulin Events

Vin de Set is booked, but its sister catering company Moulin Events will host a buffet that same day. Choose from scrambled eggs, braised short ribs with mashed potatoes, stuffed French toast, grilled salmon, and more. The price below includes one complimentary mimosa or glass of champagne.

The Ritz-Carlton

At the downtown Clayton hotel’s restaurant, enjoy an expansive buffet. Menu highlights include chilled and smoked seafood, sushi, dim sum, herb-crusted prime rib, spring vegetables, pineapple upside-down cake, and a children’s buffet. Kiddos can also enjoy a mini petting zoo during the festivities. 10 a.m.–4 p.m.

Brunch on a boat? Consider us intrigued. Celebrate Easter on the Mighy Mississippi with Riverboats at the Gateway Arch’s first brunch cruise of the season. Enjoy a buffet of eggs, French toast, prime rib, chicken breast, desserts, and more. The Easter Bunny’s hopping aboard, too. The cruise leaves from the south leg of the Arch at 1 p.m. Boarding begins at 12:30 p.m.
