Square One Brewery & Distillery: Located just down the street from Lafayette Square Park, Square One will be serving a hearty Easter brunch. Along with their regular brunch menu, which includes favorites such as chicken and waffles, crab cake sliders, and lox bruschetta, they will have a buffet with classic brunch fare from scrambled eggs and sausages to pastries and fresh fruits. Highway 61 Roadhouse: This Webster Groves favorite (seen on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives) will be serving up Easter brunch with a southern comfort flare. Andouille strata, Cajun grits, catfish, and beignets are some of the many options of the buffet. Omelets and pancakes are made to order, and for $4 you can mix your own Bloody Mary. Cork & Barrel: The St. Peters chophouse’s Easter brunch buffet includes berry spinach salad, deviled eggs, fresh fruit, hummus, quiche, and assorted pastries—to name just a few. Boathouse: Overlooking Post Dispatch Lake in Forest Park, Boathouse will offer their regular brunch menu in the dining room, and there will be a buffet in the event space featuring many brunch favorites. On the buffet, find Cajun smoked pork loin with cream, French-style Texas toast, biscuits and gravy, bacon, breakfast potatoes, salad, and fruits. No reservations are needed; it is first come, first serve. Edgewild Bistro & Tap: This Creve Coeur bistro will be offering an extensive brunch buffet for Easter Sunday. The buffet will include eggs Benedict, sausages, Belgian waffles, smoked shrimp and salmon, salads, deviled eggs, sweet potato au gratin, and roast turkey with dark cherry chutney. For dessert, there will be assorted cookies, pies, brownies, and a decadent chocolate fountain. EdgeWild Restaurant & Winery: The large buffet offered at EdgeWild will include many brunch favorites, such as an omelet station, carved meats, waffles, smoked shrimp, and a cheese and salumi spread. They will also have a chocolate fountain as one of the desserts. Balaban’s: There will be four buffet stations at Balaban’s this Easter for brunch. Options include salads, salmon with crème Fraiche, prime rib, biscuits and gravy, eggs Benedict, any kind of frittata you could dream of, with mini Danishes, pastries, and peach cobbler for dessert. Brunch comes with a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, mimosa, or a Bloody Mary. Texas de Brazil Churrascaria: Along with their regular buffet items, Texas de Brazil will be adding spring specials—grilled shrimp and passion fruit mousse. For Easter brunch, they will be serving eggs, fruit salad, bacon, sausages, and assorted Danishes and bread. Vin de Set: This French bistro will offer traditional brunch fare along with French specials. There will be decadent french stuffed toast-baguettes filled with cream cheese and fillings-carved meats, an omelet bar, and a brunch station for kids with chicken fingers and scrambled eggs. Wild Flower Restaurant & Cafe: Wild Flower’s traditional brunch buffet will include assorted baked goods, fresh fruit, and roasted vegetables, seafood scramble, smoked salmon mousse, prime rib with horseradish cream, and crème brûlée French toast. Das Bevo: James Beard–nominated chef Kevin Willmann of Farmhaus is serving a German-inspired Easter brunch in Das Bevo’s bierhall. As is his custom, items will be made from scratch, from knockwurst and house-cured bacon to Farmhaus’ famous fried chicken served with waffles and homemade syrup. $50 for adults; $25 for kids 10 and under; Free for kids 3 and under. Morton’s The Steakhouse: Looking for an Easter dinner instead? Morton’s will be serving dinner on Easter Sunday featuring Steak and Lobster Oscar. Scape: Before officially closing after serving Easter brunch, Central West End’s Scape will offer its last Easter brunch buffet including carving and salad stations, as well as crêpes and omelets made to order. Pitchers of mimosas and Bellinis will be $25, and the bottomless Bloody Mary bar will be $20. Kids will have a chance to meet the Easter Bunny. The Chase Park Plaza Royal Sonesta Hotel (Starlight Room): Overlooking Forest Park in the Starlight room, dine from stations of seafood, omelets, carved meats, including leg of lamb, and assortments of fresh fruits and pastries. Oysters, mortadella, mushroom ravioli, and roasted salmon are just some of the offerings of the morning. Mimosas are included with adult reservations. Cinder House: Gerard Craft’s Cinder House is offering a full roast lamb, carved to order with mint relish, omelet station with local veggies, prime rib and seafood stations, and a pancake and toast bar. There will be a separate buffet for children featuring chicken strips, scrambles eggs, fruit kabobs, and pineapple upside down muffins. For dessert, you can decorate your own donut, and enjoy lavender lemongrass pannacotta, blueberry lemon cheesecake, and coconut cream tarts. Meals come with bottomless coffee, tea, juice, and mimosas. Brunch will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. with live music from MidLife. The Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton: In the Clayton hotel, dine on the exquisitely prepared Easter Brunch in The Restaurant. Specials this year include chilled and smoked seafood, sushi, nigiri and sashimi, leg of lamb, herb-roasted swordfish, and fresh spring vegetable dishes. Save room for their dessert table and interactive s’more station. There will be a separate children’s buffet, a mini petting zoo, and even a visit from the Easter Bunny. Grand Tavern: Chef David Burke is serving up a special menu for Easter Sunday. The first course offers Asparagus Salad with shaved asparagus, speck, Parmesan, and lemon-anchovy dressing; spring pea soup with poached shrimp and crème fraîche; lobster cobb salad with little gem lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, bacon, egg and corn; lobster dumplings with spicy tomato sauce; toad in the hole with brioche toast, brie, truffle and egg; egg raviolo with ricotta cheese, brown butter, amaretti and sage; roasted eggplant and garlic soup with toasted pine nuts, smoked paprika and millet croutons; or pastrami cured salmon tartine.
