St. Louis At Home is excited to announce the finalists of the ninth annual St. Louis At Home Architect and Designer Awards. After receiving a record-number of entries, 61 local companies placed within 30 categories.
The judging panel for the Architect and Designer Awards competition consisted of Sara Story, a New York City-based interior designer named one of the “Top 10 to Watch in 2011” by Elle Décor; Anthony Barzilay-Freund, editor of Introspective, the weekly magazine of 1stdibs.com; Kathryn Dean, partner and co-founder of the New York City architectural firm Dean/Wolf Architects and director of the Graduate School of Architecture & Urban Design at Washington University; and Benjamin Vandiver, named “one to watch” by Architectural Digest and “designer to watch” by Vogue.

On Thursday, February 18, the winners of each category will be named at a reception at Palladium Saint Louis. In addition, an esteemed member of the community will be honored with the Visionary Award, sponsored by KDR Designer Showrooms. Tickets to attend are on sale now at stlmag.com/designawards.
