Visitors will have the chance to peek inside one of St. Louis' most expensive properties at a fundraising event on Saturday, June 4. Owners have estimated that the 40,000 square foot property is worth more than $30,000,000.
The home includes nine bedrooms and more than twelve bathrooms, and it sits on 8.7 acres in Lake St. Louis. Our favorite features include an outdoor entertainment area, bowling alley, indoor pool, basketball/volleyball court, gaming area, two grand bars, movie theater, a music room, an eight-car garage, an aquarium, and an outdoor infinity pool.
The funds from the event Million Dollar Evening will support Little Patriots Embraced, which helps children of military families. Josh Flagg of Bravo TV’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, David Bass of the Atlanta Falcons, and other celebrity guests will be in attendance. Besides a home tour, the event will include an open bar, live music, and complimentary food.
Tickets are $200 per person. For sponsorship and VIP invite information, contact Jackie at Little Patriots Embraced by phone at (314) 821-5800 or by email at littlepatriotsembraced@gmail.com.
