In the basement of this 1939 Colonial Revival, a series of unsigned hand-painted murals depict scenes from a fox hunt. Historians have identified the artist as 1940s resident Harry Held. Legend has it that a second set of murals may lie uncovered beneath the existing artwork. Future owners will inherit this priceless piece of St. Louis lore along with modern updates across the 4,146-square-foot property. In the kitchen, high-end appliances include a Sub-Zero refrigerator, stainless-steel appliances, and granite countertops. An adjoining breakfast nook leads into the living room, where high ceilings feature exposed wood beams sourced from barns along Old Watson Road. A wood-burning fireplace with a stone hearth takes up the entirety of a wall. Outside, the backyard features an in-ground pool, outdoor kitchen, and a custom covered patio. Car enthusiasts will appreciate the attached four-car garage and additional detached garage.

Address: 10401 E Watson Rd
