It’s that time of year again: Round up your year’s accomplishments and jot down wishful thinking for 2020. But first! You have to celebrate, whether that’s by cutting up the dance floor or toasting at one of St. Louis’ many eateries. This list offers both. Here is where to wine, dine, and dance while kissing 2019—and the decade—goodbye.

One of the best deals in town is at Union 30 restaurant at Hotel St. Louis, where exec chef Matt Birkenmeier will be serving the full menu plus a three-course, prix fixe special that includes a 30-ounce tomahawk ribeye, 24-ounce dry aged sous vide pork chop, or king crab legs. The $125 price includes admission to FORM/Skybar’s NYE Blast with the Kim Massey Band, open premium bar, appetizer buffet, and a premium perch for the fireworks show at Kiener Plaza (the NYE Blast is available minus the dinner for $75). Grand Tavern by David Burke, located in the Angad Arts Hotel, will host an intimate New Year’s Eve dinner on the Rainbow Terrace. The five-course tasting menu was prepared by Chef Robert Cantu and will be complemented with Prohibition Era cocktails from Beverage Director Meredith Barry. The event is called The Walsh Experience in honor of the parties once hosted by St. Louis socialite Clara Bell Walsh, including a 1917 event dubbed the first-ever cocktail party. 3550 Samuel Shepard.
Located next to the iconic Gateway Arch grounds, the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch is hosting the “Ultimate New Year’s Eve Celebration.” The festivities begin at 8 p.m. with a lavish dinner buffet that includes an open bar with a wide array of beer, wine, and cocktail options. Later, guests enjoy live music from local party band, Groovethang, and country rock band, Broseph. The party also features a complimentary photo booth, balloon drop, and champagne toast. Two is better than one, so sister restaurants POP and Baileys’ Chocolate Bar in Lafayette Square are teaming up for a night of unique Champagnes and sparkling wines, chocolate martinis and dessert cocktails, hand-crafted desserts, and more. Make your first photo of the decade one to remember. The photo booth will capture the midnight Champagne toast. 1915 Park.
Small Batch, Bailey’s vegetarian restaurant in Midtown, is also hosting a New Year’s Eve Dim Sum. The five-course prix fixe menu features Bao soup, Peking pancakes, Mango pudding, and more, plus the normal whiskey lounge fare. 3001 Locust.

Is your 2020 resolution to travel more? Blood and Sand is ringing in the new decade with a five-course “Travels Around The World” menu including Foie Gras, Duck Kofta, Veal Tourtiere, Truffle, and more. The meal includes a toast of Jacques Pelvas Blanc de Blanc Brut to start off and a toast of Moët Imperial to finish up. Additional cocktail and wine pairings are available. 1500 St. Charles.

Herbie’s Chef Ramon Cuffie and his staff have designed a four-course tasting menu featuring sautéed fois gras, lobster bisque, scallops, beef filets, and more, including New York cheesecake or chocolate gateau. The entire normal menu is also available. 8100 Maryland.
Chaumette Vineyards & Winery is hosting a special dinner menu prepared by Chef Rob Beasley and a Champagne tasting. Options consist of crispy duck confit spring rolls, chilled Chardonel-poached shrimp, salad niçoise or crab bisque, pork osso buco, lobster pasta, fresh Hawaiian walu walu (escolar), and cold smoked prime grade filet of beef tenderloin.
Robust Wine Bar in Webster Groves is welcoming 2020 with a four-course tasting menu including smoked oysters, beef tenderloin, crab meat, and the most scrumptious—white chocolate vanilla russe—all accompanied by Prohibition Era cocktails with a modern twist. The four-course dinner at Acero Ristorante, the less formal sister restaurant to The Crossing, will feature Gnocco Fritto, Burrata, Tortellini en Brodo, and much more. 7266 Manchester.
Chef Nick Bognar’s Asian fusion restaurant indo is celebrating its first New Year’s with a 10-plus course dinner curated by the entire team that aims to explore everything the team can offer. Beverages will be available à la carte. Book a reservation here. 1641D Tower Grove.
And West End Grill & Pub is serving up a four-course dinner of puff pastry asparagus, prime rib, eggplant Napoleon, and more. After dinner, catch a live show from jazz/pop group The WirePilots with special guest Kim Fuller at the neighboring Gaslight Theater. BE MERRY
The city’s newest attraction—the revamped St. Louis Union Station—is welcoming 2020 with extended hours. The Soda Fountain, The Train Shed, and the Mirror Maze are all open until 1 a.m, The Wheel until Midnight, and the aquarium and ropes course until 10 p.m. 1820 Market.
Swing into 2020 (literally) at Topgolf St. Louis in Chesterfield. Get unlimited gameplay from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m., dinner, a front-row seat to a midnight fireworks show, and live entertainment. Party favors will complement the glow-in-the-dark theme.16851 N. Outer 40.
The New Year’s Eve Party at Hollywood Casino St. Louis is perfect for Gatsby-inspired fantasies of grandeur. The Roaring ’20s will be alive and well with performances from Dirty Muggs, a DJ until 3 a.m., and a balloon drop at the stroke of midnight. 777 Casino Center.
There’s no shortage of parties in Soulard, but with five open bars, two balloon drops, and VIP buffets and cabanas, Molly’s In Soulard stands out. The Lemp Mansion has something for everyone with a Rock-N-Roll Party featuring The lowercase G’s performing in the Grand Hall and a comedy mystery dinner show, “Harm for the Holidays.” 3322 DeMenil Place.
Is it truly a St. Louis celebration if Ballpark Village isn’t throwing a party? NYE Live! 2020 is anticipating the biggest crowd in town rocking out to the best 2000s pop tunes. Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC will host performances from O-Town, Ryan Cabrera, and LFO’s Brad Fischetti. Also on the docket are champagne toasts, confetti cannons, a balloon drop, and a New York City–esque ball drop. 601 Clark.

The Chase Park Plaza will show off its recent renovations at its seventh annual New Year’s Eve Ball in the Khorassan Ballroom.
