Fighting Form: Gwyneth Paltrow’s Iron Woman Workout

After having my second baby in late January, my post-pregnancy bod is how shall I say it…hmmmm…less than fit. My “workout” consists of pushing around two kids (weighing in at a total of 30 lbs) in a shopping cart at Target. In other words, I’m not making it to the gym. I’ve been searching for a program to do within the comfort of my own home in those rare moments to myself.

I was recently on Gwyneth Paltrow’s lifestyle website GOOP, www.goop.com and she was blogging about how she got in amazing shape for Iron Man 2. Gwyneth’s trainer and business partner Tracy Anderson put together a 20 minute leg & butt workout for her to use while filming. The series is now available online (free of charge) to us! Just click here and let me tell you, you’ll be feeling the burn.
