Some developers refuse to take their foot off the gas. Johnson prefers a different approach. With more than two decades of experience under his belt, Johnson realized the best way to demonstrate how the company does things differently is to pause, reflect, and appreciate the team’s accomplishments. It has paid off. ONYX is highly regarded for its thoughtfully developed projects, such as Malone, a modern mixed-use apartment building in Midtown.
Matthew P. Masiel
Founder and President, Screaming Eagle Development
There’s no secret to how Screaming Eagle Development came up with its name.
