If you could change one thing about your industry, what would it be and why? Local, client-focused consulting companies being gobbled up by massive tech consultancies. This really devastates the experience and value for our clients, teams, and local communities.
What’s the toughest business challenge you’ve had to overcome? It’s been an incredibly difficult journey since COVID—lots of ups and downs and uncertainty in the global financial markets, and so many enterprises moving technology investments offshore.
What’s a risk you took in business that didn’t pan out—but taught you something valuable? We went down a path with a potential buyer for our business that ultimately didn’t pan out for several reasons.
