Denise Mueller-Peterson is a two decade industry veteran with a focus on managing restaurants, exuding hospitality, and wine education for the masses. She is the owner of Saint Louis-based PreSomm Wine Course, a semi-annual, 8-week wine course running thirteen years strong. She published the course’s books “PreSomm Course Book” and “PreSomm Maps & Graphics” in 2018, and they are available for purchase on PreSomm.com. Denise is a Certified Sommelier and Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW), and is the Director of Operations for the Sasha’s Wine Bar Group. She lives in University City with her husband Eric, and their chihuahua, Stella Bear.
