The Parker’s Table chef is rolling out a new menu, expanding the pastry program, and channeling old-school hospitality at the cozy bar.

From Fozzie’s Sandwich Emporium owner Mark Lucas, the fast-casual pizzeria serves creative pizzas, Dole Whip, dirty sodas, and more.

Designed by storied St. Louis firm Maritz and Young, the house blends craftsmanship and charm.

The chain’s other area locations, in O’Fallon, Missouri, and O’Fallon, Illinois, remain open.

Fozzie’s Sandwich Emporium owner Mark Lucas plans to open the pizzeria in the former Del Pietro’s space.

The Yale Bar will complement the adjacent Parker’s Table and The Oakland Room event space. “I’ve always thought that those should be the three legs of the stool,” says owner Jonathan Parker.

Matriarch Mary Rose Del Pietro, who’s now 81 and has been in the restaurant game since she was 11, plans to retire.

Last month, owners Simon and Angelica Lusky also debuted a Revel Kitchen in Boca Raton, Florida.

Serving sandwiches, steaks, and sushi, the chain now spans 24 locations across the Midwest and Southeast, with half a dozen more on the way.
