Shake Shack, 4 Hands/Peacemaker, a NASCAR-driven restaurant, and a self-serve pizza kiosk from Crushed Red are among the new and forthcoming concepts.

“Most airports are lacking a concept that compares to Kingside Diner,” says owner Aaron Teitelbaum.

Albert Bond Lambert received lessons from one of the Wright brothers, earned his license, and, in 1920, leased the farmland in Bridgeton that would one day become the airport.

The hockey-themed eatery is located near Gate E18 in Terminal 2.
