The league will stage most of its games on Wednesday and Saturday nights—in fact, each of CITY’s first 14 games will be on Saturdays—and every match will be televised on Apple TV+. IN-SEASON TOURNAMENTS
CITY will participate in two non-league events in 2023. One is the U.S. Open Cup. The other is the Leagues Cup, a tournament pitting teams from MLS against those from Mexico’s Liga MX. We know some of the details for the latter event, including that CITY will host Club América, and also face off against the Columbus Crew as part of the group stage.
