Guests at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis will now have access to a private golf experience at Norwood Hills Country Club.
The partnership between the hotel, Norwood Hills, and Jay Delsing Golf offers hotel guests the opportunity to play Norwood’s two championship golf courses that are located just minutes away from the Four Seasons downtown.
Jay Delsing, a former PGA Tour player and the official golf brand ambassador for Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis, will guide hotel guests through a private golf experience at his home club of Norwood. Delsing has designed the private golf experience to maximize the benefits for hotel guests and spread the game of golf. The program includes a round of golf, an interactive clinic on the driving range, teaching demonstrations, tips from pros, and more.
“I am thrilled to bring this personalized, private experience to the guests of Four Seasons and Norwood,” Delsing says.
While it is common for resorts in popular vacation destinations to partner with private golf courses, it is a rare occurrence for urban resorts in cities such as St. Louis to offer golfing opportunities. This opportunity is new for St. Louis-area hotels, and the Four Seasons hopes to attract a new group of guests to the resort as a result of the partnership.
“Our guests have requested a private golf experience, and this partnership with Norwood Hills Country Club and Jay Delsing will enhance our unique urban resort experience, attracting new groups and guests to St. Louis,” says Tim Powers, the director of sales and marketing for the hotel.
In addition to providing the guests access to the country club, members of Norwood Hills will enjoy special room rates at the Four Seasons Hotel and exclusive benefits at the hotel’s spa and Cielo Restaurant & Bar.
Norwood Hills is located just 10 minutes away from the hotel and has hosted a number of PGA events, including the 1948 PGA Championship won by Ben Hogan.
“At Norwood Hills, we take great pride in providing a member experience that is exceptional and memorable, so it just makes sense to partner with a company that takes the same approach with their guests,” says Ken Butler, the general manager at Norwood Hills.
