The launch slide at Slick City
Slick City Action Park, an all-ages indoor action park and birthday party venue featuring adventurous slides and air courts, has opened in Chesterfield (17379 Edison).
The action park already has a location in Lakewood, Colorado, and the St. Louis outpost's features are similar to the original. Visit the Chesterfield location, and you'll find a four-person race slide, a more gentle switchback slide, a bowl slide with a drop, a half-pipe slide, a launch slide that rockets the rider into the air, a luge, a long jump slide, and a soft play area for kids ages 7 and younger.

At Chesterfield's Slick City, which the company has dubbed Slick City St. Louis West, slides are designed for children ages 5 and over (there is no height requirement), and you can see all of the attractions here. Mercifully, there is no water involved in the slide park—everything is powered by friction. You can follow the business on its Facebook page.
Open play passes at Slick City start at $24.99 plus $3.99 CitySocks for 90 minutes. For ages 4 and under, open play passes start at $12.99 (plus socks) for 90 minutes. The slides park is offering a 30-day membership for $60 and a Black Friday annual membership for $170. The second membership affords you a 90-minute action ticket each day until November 24, 2023.
Slick City is booking birthday parties for December.
