While St. Louis awaits the debut of forage-focused restaurant Bulrush from chef Rob Connoley, of Squatter's Cafe, the restaurant has a Valentine's Day pop-up on the books. On February 14, enjoy live jazz music in the KDHX lobby (where Squatter's is located) from 5–7 p.m. before dinner commences at 7 p.m. Although details are mum for the dinner, it does look like his homemade chocolates are a go.
