Tuna Ceviche, a dish from the former Milagro Modern Mexican, is now on the menu at Holy Mole, a ghost kitchen operating out of Mission Taco Joint's commissary in Webster Groves.
The following list is accurate as of a late-January press date.
In January 2020, seven restaurants closed, compared to three in 2021—a positive note to start the new year. The month's openings are led by Tai Ke Shabu Shabu and include UKRAFT, which opened in Peabody Plaza. Several restaurants moved, including the flagship Pasta House, Nami Ramen, and Coma Coffee Roasters, which relocated across the office lobby to the former Blue Sky Tower Grill space. And two more ghost kitchens, Holy Mole and Bu-N-S, made their debuts this month as well.
