Bissinger’sThe St. Louis chocolatier is selling Halloween-themed caramels, coffins full of chocolate, and a new Chocolate Skull Bon Bons collection, available in stores and online.

Boogie Bus ExpressThe party bus company has transformed one of its buses into a paranormal portal, taking guests to such local bars as Bluff City Grill, Ragin Cajun Piano Bar, and Fast Eddie’s Bon Air.

Eat CrowThroughout October, the Soulard bar’s hosting a Halloween pop-up, Nightmare on 12th Street, including creepy décor and special menu items, as well as a costume contest on Halloween.

HandleBarHandleBar is being transformed into “HauntedBar,” including parties with a costume contest on Halloween night. On November 1, patrons are encouraged to dress up to celebrate Zombie Prom. (Only guests in costume will be admitted.)

Parker’s TableCelebrate the season with a spooktacular cheese: Old Witch (Die Alte Hexe), a 100 percent raw cow’s milk cheese produced by Bodenseekäse in Rossrüti, in the northeastern part of Switzerland.

Ramsay’s Kitchen: Ramsay’s is toasting its first Halloween at the Four Seasons St. Louis with the Transylvania Twist, a ghoulish cocktail developed by bar supervisor Chelsea Pounds. It consists of beet-infused tequila, dry Curacao, lime, and watermelon juice served in a black salt-rimmed glass chalice. The eerie skewered “eyeball” garnish is created with a lychee and a Luxardo cherry. The specialty cocktail’s available through Halloween.

Sasha’s on DeMunThe details are still brewing, but Sasha’s on DeMun is hosting a Howl-o-Ween Dog Costume Contest and Pawty on its rooftop at 6 p.m. during Halloween.

Side Project Patio: Through October 31, Side Project Patio will offer Halloween festivities for the whole family. Enjoy $5 pumpkin-painting and decorating, with proceeds benefiting Friends of Kids with Cancer. Grown-ups can enjoy Side Project’s new Fright Flight: four 5-ounce pours of Side Project’s best fall-inspired brews. 

Sports and SocialThrough November 3, the Ballpark Village hot spot hosts wall-to-wall scares, bone-chilling cocktails, and frightfully splendid photo opportunities. Reservations are encouraged but not required.

The Vandy and Paper CraneMixologist Randi Kranz and chef Julia Slowik collaborate to host a suspenseful, creative pop-up–style take on the film The Menu, including cocktail interpretations and light snacks between courses. The event begins at 8 p.m. on Halloween. Tickets are $100 each.
