With warmer temperatures rolling in this week, 9 Mile Garden is rolling out a new season.
The Affton food truck garden is kicking off a new season tomorrow, March 1, with a Fat Tuesday celebration, including themed cocktails (hurricanes, sazeracs, and more), live music, and plenty of beads.

“Mardi Gras is a St. Louis tradition, and we can’t think of a better way to kick off the season than with a huge Fat Tuesday party celebrating our local food trucks and business owners,” 9 Mile Garden managing partner Brian Hardesty said in a press release.
Lunch will be available from 11 a.m.–2 p.m., with Picture Perfect Panini, Quesa Don’s, and Truckeria Del Valle on hand. Then, from 5–9 p.m., enjoy dishes from Mother’s on Wheels, Super Smokers, Taste-D-Burger, and Zacchi.
In addition to the aforementioned cocktails, there will be a beer tasting from 5–7 p.m., when musicians Hosteen and the Aztechs will perform a mix of reggae, hip-hop, and funk.
Expect more special events and new trucks throughout the season as well. Says Hardesty, “We are so ready to invite guests and trucks back to the Garden for another incredible season.”
