When Tim Tucker isn’t negotiating land deals for Beyond Housing, a local community development agency, the affable amateur historian is likely to be pedaling the North Riverfront Trail, his eyes rarely pointed straight ahead. He says the trail offers a microcosm of the history of the city, and there’s so much to see. We took the 22-mile-round-trip tour with Tucker, our heads on a swivel.
