Chocolate isn’t all that Bissinger’s has to offer. Its new luxury event space, The Caramel Room, is located on the top floor of the beloved company’s historic chocolate factory. The wedding menu includes no shortage of chocolate-infused dishes—there’s even a chocolate-infused signature drink. And how impressive is the space itself?
