A former Arch Grants honoree, TCARE is dedicated to empowering caregivers—and Niemeier is leading that mission with energy and empathy. Since joining in 2022, she has helped extend the company’s reach through roles in business development, product strategy, and marketing. “Our caregiver advocates and specialists are the heart of our organization,” Niemeier says. “They provide personalized care and…most importantly, a listening ear and partner in the caregiving journey.”

MENTORS & PEERS
Who in your company (or industry) deserves more recognition for their impact? Our team of caregiver advocates and specialists. They are truly the heart of our organization, and positively impacting the lives of everyone they engage with. This team, half of which are located here in St. Louis, provide personalized care management to our caregivers, with a focus on improving the health and wellbeing of those who care for others, providing advocacy, navigation, and, most importantly, a listening ear and partner in the caregiving journey.
What’s a local organization, nonprofit, or initiative that more people should know about—and why? Arch Grants! It wasn’t until I joined TCARE that I was introduced to this incredible organization, focused on empowering entrepreneurs, keeping/bringing them in the St. Louis ecosystem, and helping them to thrive. It is incredible to see what they have helped founders and startups accomplish and there is so much opportunity for other St. Louis companies and business leaders to support their mission in a multitude of ways.
