Forest Park Forever’s Women’s Committee 20th Anniversary Leffingwell Awards Luncheon sponsored by The Regional Business Council was held in the World’s Fair Pavilion in Forest Park to honor 20 pairs of “Hat Luncheon” Co-Chairs for their outstanding commitment to the restoration and maintenance of Forest Park in St. Louis.
