“I figured, if it didn’t sell, I could live in it,” says Jay Beard, “but when it was done, I liked the house and the neighborhood so much, I didn’t want to move.”
St. Louis-based architectural firm Arcturis collaborated with the Saint Louis Fashion Fund and its board to renovate 7,400-square-feet of building space in downtown St. Louis. It will house the organization’s Fashion Incubator.
