Mike Shannon was among the guests at the 25th annual Pheast Gala at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis. The longtime Cardinals broadcaster shared the story of his own battle with kidney disease. The event raised $150,000 for the prevention of kidney and urinary-tract diseases. In "Glitterati" (December 2011) we incorrectly stated that this event raised $45,000. That was the amount raised at the auction that evening. We sincerely regret the error. more
