Cottleville

The new restaurant marks the second Missouri location of the popular fast-casual Mediterranean concept, with another location coming to Des Peres this summer.

The 4.5-acre complex includes a restaurant and bar, a distillery and tasting room, and a sprawling outdoor space with casual walk-up dining and a live music stage.

Slated to open in September, the new restaurant will mark the brand’s fourth metro area location.

Cottleville City Fields will cover 13 acres and feature two full-length soccer fields for youth club teams and individual training.
