The Rams seem poised to skip town and move back to the West Coast. To keep them here, local leaders have proposed plans for a new outdoor stadium on the riverfront, requiring roughly $500 million of public money. Frankly, we can think of better uses for that cash.

Get serious about permanent housing for the homeless. Because the city’s 10-Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness could do just that.
