PLNK is adding another regional location to its growing portfolio. The St. Louis-based fitness studio, which specializes in Pilates-inspired workouts, will open a new Town & Country boutique on February 19 at 1196 Town and Country Crossing.
It will be the third St. Louis-area location for PLNK, which opened in Ladue in 2016 and expanded to the Central West End in 2018. Two years ago, the company opened additional shops in Tulsa, Okla. and Omaha, Neb. PLNK’s workouts are based on the Lagree Method, combining cardio, strength, core, flexibility, and balance to build strong, lean muscles without harsh impact on joints. PLNK founder Brooke Meek says the workouts result in a greater metabolic response due to the fact that clients work their muscles to fatigue. Each class is 50 minutes, and more than 40 sessions will be offered during the week.
