On September 23, St. Louis Magazine hosted an ice cream social, where Singers Ice Cream served a custom flavor. See photos from the event.

On September 23, 2025, St. Louis Magazine dining editors George Mahe and Cheryl Baehr hosted an ice cream social at the SLM office in Maplewood. Attendees had a blast chatting with SLM staff while enjoying scoops from Singers Ice Cream, including two of their best selling flavors—gooey butter cake and oreo—and spumoni, a flavor created just for St. Louis Magazine. Guests took home a custom SLM ice cream scoop and other swag.

About Singers Ice Cream: In 2022, the Turnbough family began creating their own ice cream recipes and opened a shop in House Springs. In 2025, Singers moved to Wildwood, where they carry on the family tradition. Every batch is proudly homemade and handcrafted.
