The Carriage Haus at Grant's Farm
UPDATE: This event is now sold out.
Valentine’s Day, arguably the busiest restaurant night of the year, can be a difficult time to secure a reservation, especially at a dimly lit romantic restaurant. Fortunately, one of the most dramatic rooms in the metro area just became available for a special dinner on Valentine’s Day.
The Carriage Haus, located inside the historic Bauernhof at Grant’s Farm, will open for two dinner seatings, at 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., on February 14. On this night, the spacious room—with its high arched ceiling, exquisite brick floor and walls, and brushed iron chandeliers—will be set with 50 tables for two.
“Grant’s Farm is a one-of-kind St. Louis treasure, so we decided to offer a one-of-kind Valentine’s Day event in the magnificent Carriage Haus,” says Doug Stagner, president of Grant’s Farm. (Stagner was also responsible for the popular lakeside group fire pits overlooking the holiday lights at Grant’s Farm.)
Valentine’s Day tickets include on-property VIP parking (no tram), plated dinners of choice for two, a Clydesdale appearance and photo opp, and a special keepsake.
When making a reservation, guests can select one of four plated entrées: Honey Mustard Salmon, Beef Wellington, Chicken Cordon Blu, or Vegetable Lasagna. Wine and/or beer can be ordered in advance for an additional cost. Tickets are $119 per couple, plus tax and gratuity. Click here for tickets and additional details.
